5th Annual Gala

We celebrated our 12th year of service to the D.C. community on September 22, 2011, from 6:30–10:30pm at the Carnegie Institution of Washington. Two hundred supporters in the DC business and philanthropic community celebrated the accomplishments of the 2010-2011 school years and also raised funds to support TTP’s programs in 2011-2012.

4th Annual Gala
Turning the Page’s Fourth Annual Gala was held on Wednesday, October 13th, 2010 at the Carnegie Institution of Washington. The evening was filled with friends and supporters who came together to celebrate another year of service to DC public school communities. Guests enjoyed a live jazz band, dancing, a large silent auction, and fine dining. Turning the Page honored community leaders for their dedication and commitment to bringing resources to their school. Ms. Tyree Wall, a Browne Education Campus parent, was awarded the Buffy Atkins Memorial award for excellence in parent leadership for her work on the PTA. Ms. Phyllis Johnson-Dunham, Mr. Michael Burriss, Mr. John Noble, and Ms. Donna Stewart received the Achievement in Leadership award for their success in specific school initiatives. Congratulations to all our award recipients!

3rd Annual Gala
TTP's Third Annual Gala was held Saturday September 12th at the Carnegie Institution of Washington. The event was a huge success, as friends old and new came together to celebrate another year of service to DC public school families and communities and rallied to raise money for this year's programs.
